1️⃣ 數位產品

• 「7 日居家體態雕塑班」為 線上數位課程，購買後即可 立即獲得完整存取權。

• 無需運送，可隨時透過電腦、平板或手機觀看。

2️⃣ 實體商品（瑜珈墊、配件）

• 所有實體商品會在 付款確認後 1–3 個工作天內處理與發貨。

• 台灣本地運送時間：約 3–7 個工作天（視物流與地區而定）

• 國際運送：約 7–21 個工作天（依物流公司及海關而定）

• 運費會在結帳時明確顯示，特定促銷活動可享免運（如有）。

3️⃣ 運送追蹤

• 實體商品發貨後，您將收到 追蹤號碼，可隨時查詢物流狀態。

4️⃣ 運送問題

• 若商品遺失、損壞或送錯，請 於收到商品後 7 天內聯繫客服，我們將協助處理：

• Full access is granted immediately upon purchase, no shipping required.

2️⃣ Physical Products (Yoga Mats, Accessories)

• All physical products are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Taiwan domestic delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on logistics and location)

• International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on carrier and customs)

• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout; free shipping promotions may apply.

3️⃣ Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided after shipment for all physical products.
